The Junction Technology Group (JTG) (formerly the Greater Silicon Valley Implant Group) plans to continue to focus on the entire community for junction technology and formation (i.e. ion implantation, annealing, and metrology), not just users of ion implanters. We will hold 3-4 afternoon meetings per year.
Membership in the group is free, which puts you on the e-mail distribution list to receive call for papers, meeting announcements, etc.
